Just when you thought you'd seen all the chocolate covered rice cake recipes you can handle... enter our granola version! The simplest, easiest healthy snack to whip up anytime those sweet treat cravings kick in. What are you waiting for?
INGREDIENTS:
Serves 4
• 4 rice cakes
• 1 banana sliced
• 6 tbsp of dark chocolate
• 1 tbsp coconut oil
• 4 tbsp of peanut butter
• A handful of our Happy Gut Granola
METHOD:
Melt chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave doing 30 second intervals and stirring in between (will take 1-1:30 min)
Spread peanut butter over the rice cakes
Add banana slices to the top
Cover with melted chocolate and add granola to cover
Refrigerate for at least 15-20 min until chocolate has solidified
