Stay cool in this heat wave with our breakfast bowl themed ice lolly recipe. We've taken the classic yoghurt, berries and granola breakfast bowl combo and frozen it! Great for making with kids during the summer holidays.
YOU WILL NEED
Lolly mould
INGREDIENTS
- 200g plain Greek yogurt or coconut yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 450g frozen berries
- 100g Cinnamon + Pecan granola
METHOD
Prep:
In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and honey together.
In the bowl of a food processor or a blender, blend your berries well. The blended frozen fruit should be smooth and thick.
Assemble:
Beginning with the Greek yogurt mixture or the frozen berries, layer the Greek yogurt, frozen berries and granola, alternating until you reach the top but leaving room to sprinkle some granola on top of each popsicle mould. Press the top layer of granola into the popsicles and freeze for at least 4 hours.
