These fun-size breakfast pizzas are SUPER easy, quick to make & will fulfil all your childhood dreams of eating pizza for breakfast.
INGREDIENTS:

244g Cinnamon & Pecan Granola

1/4 cup butter, melted

2 tbsp honey

1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, sliced strawberries, raspberries)

2 tbsp creamy peanut butter

2 tbsp toasted sliced almonds
METHOD:

Heat oven to 170°C. Lightly grease large baking sheet with butter or cooking spray.

Add granola to a food processor; process for 8-10 seconds or until coarsely ground. Transfer to medium-sized bowl; add butter and honey. Stir until completely combined.

Divide mixture and form 4 round cookie-like circles (about 4 inches in diameter and about 1/2 inch thick). Place them at least 2 inches apart on the baking sheet.

Bake 8-9 minutes until the edges are lightly browned. Cool on baking sheet for 20-25 minutes.

When ready to serve, top each granola pizza with toppings of your choice. Drizzle yoghurt or peanut butter like us, or fresh fruit & seeds. The options are endless.
