WHOLEGRAIN OATS

We choose jumbo oats, which as their name suggests is the largest variety of wholegrain flaked oats and are therefore less processed than the dust-like, cheaper porridge oats found on the market. They are milled for their texture (providing a nice crunch when baked in the oven) and flavour and have been proven to reduce cholesterol. They are the perfect part of a healthy diet.

PECAN NUTS

We choose pecans for their rich buttery taste, that makes them a tasty and healthy addition to our granolas.

As well as this, pecans are nutritionally dense - packed full of vitamins and minerals (from Vitamins A and E) protein, manganese, fibre, 'good' fats and folic acid.

COCONUT CHIPS

Coconut chips provide our granolas with a unique taste and nutritional benefits. Apart from being insanely delicious, coconut chips are perfect for blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol levels regulation.

This moreish ingredient helps boost energy levels and increase metabolism in the body. We toast our coconut slices with the rest of our ingredients, instead of adding them in at the end, which gives them a crispy texture and enhances their flavour.

We use ground cinnamon for its sweet and woody aroma and hint of spice.

Cinnamon was the very first flavour we experimented with in the early days in Jonnyʼs home kitchen. It was first introduced to us by a Swiss ski instructor and family friend of Annieʼs, who would make his own granola to fuel his family.
